Bidding Process
Our bidding opportunity is open to all the buyers around the world who are interested in buying from us. If you want to participate in our bidding process, please follow the following steps:
1. Customer Registration
Please send all the information required in the Customer Registration webpage, with subject of Bidder Registration to wholesale@gyhk.com for customer registration. (Registered customers can skip this step and move to step 2).
2. Contacted by Your Assigned Sales Representative
After the registration, your assigned sales representative will contact you by Email, instant communication or phone during our office hours to: (1) Notify you of your customer number (2) Follow up your enquiries about sales (3) Assist you throughout the whole bidding and deal process.
3. Visit Bidding List page
Bidding lists are updated in the evening of every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday in Hong Kong Time, one day ahead of scheduled bid dates, in which bid deadline is specified. Visit Bidding List webpage, follow us at WeChat public account GY-Eng or add gyhk-eng to your WeChat contact list to Visit Bidding List page on your smartphone or tablet anytime, anywhere.
4. Quality Inspection
Local Buyers generally come to our Hong Kong office for onsite quality inspection. Overseas buyers can assign your assigned sales representative to inspect stocks for you.
5. Fill in Bid Form
Local Buyers generally come to our Hong Kong office to bid onsite. Overseas buyers can assign their assigned sales representative who will bid on behalf of you. All sections of the bid form need to be completed, such as customer name, customer No, your assigned sales representative, brand, model, quantity and unit bid price. The bidder with the highest bid wins. If two or more bidders offer the same highest bid, they will bid for the second round and then the bidder with the highest bid will win.
6. Bid Result Announcement
Once the deadline is reached, we will begin to review the bids. Bid result is made by each model and generally announced one hour after deadline. The customer number of each winner of used mobile phone auction will be posted outside our office door at 5/F, and the 14 days mobile phones and all the other stocks at 7/F. Your assigned sales representative will also notify you if you win. You can also call your assigned sales representative if you want to know the result as soon as the deals are confirmed or for any queries on bid result.
7. Payment and Delivery
Our payment term is cash and T/T in USD and HKD only. Receipt must be provided before the next business day once deal is confirmed. Upon receipt of the payment, we will offer services like QC Check, packaging and delivery according to your requirements. Shipping costs will be paid by buyers or added to your order. If you cannot arrange pick-up on time, please contact your assigned sales representative. Upon our approval, you are required to pay a deposit of 10% or more. If you cannot pay the balance before deadline, the deposit shall be forfeited. If you do not pay the deposit, the deal will be cancelled. Our company will take appropriate punitive measures against any customer found to be seriously dishonest during dealing with us depending on the severity of the behaviors. The most severe punishment is permanently terminating his right to participate our bidding process.
8. After-sales Feedback
If you have any queries on our stocks after you pick up or receive, please contact your assigned sales representative immediately. He/she will properly handle it in accordance with the terms of the contract of the deal.
